Contact Rec2Rec is based in the city centre of Birmingham and is privately owned. Our personal experience as 'hands-on' recruitment consultants is diverse and includes the I.T., telecoms, technical, construction, finance and sales markets. With this experience we believe we are well placed to offer sound advice to recruiters looking to make a move or our clients looking to hire their next successful consultant.

Our Aim

We aim to grow our business by placing candidates into long-term, career enhancing roles which are financially rewarding for both consultant and employer.

To achieve this we strongly believe in a specialist approach focused on our local area. This is why we will not compromise our service by working with clients and candidates whom it is not practical to meet.

Growth

We have made significant progress in our first year and will not stand still. Our strategic plan for Contact Rec2Rec is to replicate our Birmingham operation in the South East and North West over the next 5 years, with the opening of London and Manchester offices offering the same focused, quality and professional service to the local recruitment community.
